This magnificent hotel will join the Isrotel’s group of prestigious hotels- the Isrotel Exclusive Collection - a unique, valuable addition to hotel chain. Isrotel is quickly establishing its position as the best hospitality chain in the country, offering its guests a range of experiences suited to their preferences and needs, spread throughout the country.
The hotel will be an exclusive hotel and spa, with 156 rooms and suites.
We aim to open the ‘Carmel Forest Spa’ (in the tradition of the Beresheet and Royal Beach hotels), to include 24 magnificent treatment rooms, a wonderful restaurant, gym, sauna, jacuzzi, outdoors swimming pool alongside an indoor covered swimming pool and solarium. The hotel will also open up areas for trade and catering and a medium-sized conference center, which will offer facilities for conferences and business meetings for up to 300 participants.

Lobby Lounge
The lobby lounge is located above the entrance level, and includes a large private lounge with a horseshoe-shaped bar in the middle and a DJ booth that will be used in the evenings. Both spaces have a fireplace along a full wall, infusing a warm, wonderful atmosphere on cool days. The lounge will operate as a lobby during the days, serving light meals and hot/cold drinks, and in the evening the space will be upgraded with lights, music and a suitable menu, to transform into a modern ‘bar scene’.
In the evening the lobby lounge will be open to guests from outside the hotel, and will become a location for locals to hang out, where they can enjoy fine wine and alcohol together with snacks and tasters, in a great atmosphere.

The story of the Cramim hotel is the story of wine, so it's only natural that a hotel at the heart of this wine region would also operate a wine shop, enabling guests to discover a range of wines and boutique winery brands from the local area. The Spa Complex
Covering an area of 2,000meters, the spa offers 21 modern, beautiful treatment rooms, including 2 double treatment rooms overlooking the view, including a jacuzzi. Alongside the treatment rooms one can relax in the solarium and look out its windows at the breathtaking mountainous view of the entrance to Jerusalem.
The location also offers a fully-equipped gym with the most modern equipment, run by the most professional and experienced personal trainers available. Also available in the area – steam room, saunas, workout studios which can also be used as meeting rooms or rooms for group activities, which will also host private lessons in different sports.
Also in the Spa area – inner bar that will serve guests of the spa and outdoor pool, where guests can enjoy drinks and light meals, so that hotel guests who are enjoying the services of the spa don’t need to leave its pleasant atmosphere when hunger takes over…
On the treatment floor, there is a large waiting room, where guests who are waiting for treatment can enjoy a selection of treats. The waiting room will offer lovely music all day long and a special atmosphere will pervade the location, partly due to the alternating lighting throughout the day.

Specifications: With its opening, the hotel will join Isrotel’s group of prestigious hotels (Isrotel Exclusive Collection), and will connect the chain’s other prestigious hotels: Royal Beach Eilat, Carmel Forest Resort and Spa, Bereshit Hotel on the edge of the Ramon Crater, and the Royal Beach Hotel in Tel Aviv (due to open its doors in the spring of 2013).
Location: Cramim hotel is located in the hills of Jerusalem, 40 minutes from Tel Aviv and only 13km from the city of Jerusalem. The region hosts vineyards with unique strains of grapes, which enjoy special conditions characterized by the area, alongside special boutique wineries which, over the last few years, have transformed the entire region into the ‘wine country’ of the Jerusalem hills. The hotel is built on a wooden ridge, very close to Highway 1 that runs between Tel Aviv and Jerusalem. The ridge overlooks the small mountain settlements of the area, including: Abu Gosh, Bet Zayit, Har Adar, Kibbutz Ma’ale Hamisha, Neve Ilan and others. Within these settlements there are a range of tourist sites including wineries, restaurants with a range of kitchens, including kitchens that characterize the region, coffee shops, art galleries and more.
Structure: The hotel’s 155 rooms and suites are spread over two branches built in an r-shape. Every room and suite faces the direction of the Jerusalem hills, and they all have balconies overlooking the green, mountainous landscape. The mountain air is as ‘clear as wine’, characterizing the region, adding to the special experience inspired by the location, alongside “the smell of pine trees and the sound of the bells” as a well-known local song goes…
The rooms and suites: The hotel will be a prestigious Spa hotel, with 156 magnificent rooms and suites that will be designed by the interior architect Ilan Weisbord and the exterior architect Guy Ikra, who specialize in designing unique hotels worldwide. The line is a combination of advanced, modern, contemporary design, combining the aim of providing guests a sense of ease and ultimate indulgence while relating to and exhibiting respect for the features of the area and its vineyards and wineries.
The rooms and suites are spread throughout the hotel. The rooms’ unusually large size (standard rooms are 30 meters) allow each guest to enjoy the expansive accommodation and the beautiful view from the balconies.
A special ‘story’ is the lighting of the room, the reflections and games of light and shade soak the rooms with an especially nice atmosphere.
The television is an integral part of the wall’s appearance, an acceptable feature in modern hotels around the world, and not a piece of furniture in and of itself.
