- Membership is for a couple and their children (under 21). Members can reserve up to two rooms in one reservation. Benefits will be granted to the parents’ room only.
- Benefits and discounts will be granted only to the club membership cardholder.
- Benefits are for the personal use of members only, and cannot be transferred to others.
- No further discounts will apply to these discounts and benefits.
- The Isrotel Sun Club membership card and proof of identity must be presented upon the member’s arrival at the hotel.
Membership fee is 350 NIS for two years (not including VAT).
- Membership is valid for two years. At the end of the membership period, the member can renew membership up to three months from the time the membership expires in order to retain his rights. If the membership is not renew, the membership will terminate. Should a member decide rejoin, it will be considered to be a new membership.
- Anniversary and birthday gifts apply only to a hotel stay of at least 7 nights.
- Anniversary and birthday gifts will be provided within a month before or after the occasion.
- Birthday gifts cannot be redeemed at the Isrotel Riviera, Isrotel Sport Club or Isrotel Lagoona hotels.
- Anniversary gifts cannot be redeemed at the Isrotel Riviera, Isrotel Sport Club or Isrotel Lagoona hotels.
- The free SPA treatment Birthday gift is selected from a list of options.
- An anniversary gift dinner will take place in the hotel's main dining room, and does not include special holiday dinners.
- The free membership for guest celebrating events at one of Isrotel’s hotels is only valid for events that have 50 rooms or more.
- Discounts and benefits for club members apply only to individual reservations and not to guests who are part of a group or special package.
- Isrotel Red Sea Sports Club discounts are not valid for trips to Petra.
- Upon joining the club, the temporary membership card will be sent to your email address. A permanent card will be held for you in the Sun Club Management office approximately a month after joining.
- Communication with members will be conducted through email only, and therefore members must give Isrotel their email address. When joining, members will confirm their agreement to receive emails from Isrotel.
- Dream Points that are accumulated will appear on the guest's profile approximately a week after the guest leaves the hotel.
- The use of ‘dream points’ as payment is not valid for room nights and room reservation and can only be used for extras .
- Isrotel reserves the right to disallow of discounts and benefits in conjunction with other special offers.
- Isrotel can cancel the membership of an Isrotel Sun Club member who does not behave in accordance with accepted standards in the chain's hotels.
- A member who wishes to cancel his or her membership should notify the Isrotel Sun Club management office by fax at : 972-8-6387775. A refund of registration fee will be given only if membership was cancelled within 14 days of its initiation
