    Chef Kalfon proves that decadent food can also be good for you! His restaurant specializes in gourmet food that emphasizes health, using the freshest seasonal ingredients and advanced cooking techniques to create culinary masterpieces.

    By combining an abundance of innovative styles and flavors, while always remaining true to the health-first spirit of the Resort, Chef Kalfon creates a true culinary celebration that perfectly complements the vacation experience.

    For breakfast, the Carmel restaurant serves a delightful assortment of dairy dishes, fresh fruit, vegetables, salads, and baked goods, a large array of cheeses, and eggs prepared according to guests' preferences.

    Then, at dinner, it can be hard to choose from the dazzling array of gourmet dishes on offer: savory meat, fresh fish, and delicious pasta. Waiter-service entrees and desserts are brought to the table, while salads, soups, and appetizers are available at the buffet.

    The preferred time for dinner must be arranged in advance
    at the restaurant counter on arrival day from 13:00 to 18:00

    Guests who would like to eat lunch at the Resort are invited to dine at the hotel's restaurant, enjoy a special light menu in the Resort's lobby, or eat at the restaurant by the outdoor pool. Please note that lunch entails an additional fee. On Saturdays, a meat buffet lunch is served at the Carmel restaurant at a flat rate.

    • Vegan shakshuka with tofu instead of egg
    • Vegan egg-free vegetable frittata, made with soy milk
    • Oatmeal made with water or soy / almond / coconut milk
    • Vegan pancakes

    Sample dinner dishes:

    • Pepper stuffed with bulgur and lentils, served in a spicy tomato sauce with herbs
    • Vegan Jerusalem mixed grill (based on seitan), served in a toasted pita / tortilla with an onion and sumac salad
    • Pasta with soy bolognese sauce
    • Tofu schnitzel in a gluten-free breadcrumb crust, served with French fries
    • Mushroom burger with black lentils, served with roasted potato wedges
