    If you book online, there's no need to print your tickets. You can collect them at the kiosk next to the Ticket Office. The Underwater Observatory accepts all types of credit cards and collaborates with a host of Loyalty Clubs.

    Children under the age of 3 enjoy free entrance. Lockers are available for rent for just 5 NIS to store your bags and belongings. Wheelchairs are available upon request, and a comfortable nursing area is provided for nursing mothers. First aid equipment is available, and medics are always on-site.

    You're welcome to photograph the displays and exhibitions, but please ensure to take photos without using a flash. Your ticket is valid for 3 consecutive days from the date of your first entry. To extend your ticket for an additional two days, contact the photo booth located opposite the entrance.
