Our all inclusive concept is suitable for guests who enjoy a care-free holiday, without having to think about the costs. The meals, ice cream, Soft and Alcoholic drinks (local brands) and pastries - are all free and unlimited.

    The hotel's security department keeps one wheelchair on the premises. Additional wheelchairs are available at Yad Sarah Eilat for a deposit (which will be returned at the end of use).

    A portable device enabling the person to control access to pool, please contact our lifeguard for the device.

    Sun-Fri: Rooms are available at 3 PM.
    Sat and Holidays: Rooms are available at 5/6 PM.

    Information for Observant Jews

    Guests may order Shabbat clocks (please order in advance).

    Lighting Shabbat Candles is allowed only at the entrance to the main restaurant, next to the front desk.

    Late Departure and Special Requests: On Saturdays and holidays guests may request a late departure (at surcharge). Please contact the front desk in advance for confirmation. We also provide other services for observant Jews, please make your requests in advance (via our reservations team/ reception).

    Kit for the Hearing Impaired

    We have two rooms suited for the hearing impaired, enabling visual or touch indication of certain sounds: A doorbell that operates whenever someone is outside your room, a phone ring signaler, a flashing light that signals in case of a fire alarm or due to other noise. You may order the kit from the front desk when checking in.

    Wheelchairs Accessible Areas

    Most of the areas at the hotel are wheelchair accessible.
